Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and make the refund effective.
